Endometriosis and TTC Baby#1

Hi all.

I am 23 years old and have recently undergone by second laparpscopy to treat severe endometriosis. I was completely riddled with the disease this time around. It had covered almost my entire bladder along with many other areas. I have been TTC baby #1 for a year and a half with no luck at all. My gyno suggested "striking while the iron is hot" so now that I am healed to some degree partner and I have started trying again. AF Is dye around 16 august however I am not 100 percent sure.

Has anyone successfully conceived even while having or after being treated for endometriosis
