Peircing infected

I recently got my second holes in my ears and one ear is all swelled up and tender to the touch. I clean it at least twice a day almost always with the cleaning stuff they sent me home with and when I don't I use alcohol and that's only when I don't have the cleaning stuff on me. I've tried taking my earing out and cleaning it, I've tried putting neosporine on it by using the earing, I tried squeezing the puss out, I filled a shot glass with the cleaning stuff I was send some with and kept my ear in that for like 10-15 min. I have no idea what else I can do. I really don't want to take the earing out for good and try again because I would have to travel like an hour to go to a good piercing place, the only place we have in town is Walmart.
