So I called Reid and told them I would be at most 30 min late and asked if that's ok and they still get me in and they said it's fine that they would put me on hold till I got there. Long story short I got their waiting an HOUR in the waiting room in out patient to be told that I was too late that there was a 30 min late exempt limite. I went upstairs to my docs office crying because I needed this test done. He wasn't their so i talked to the np and she called radiology and the lady left 45 min ago because she was never told by the $&@ch on the phone that I was on hold. If she knew she would have waited. But she didn't get the cheek in on her computer till 11 am and I checked in at 10:15am. Last time I waited 3 hours for blood drawing, for a genotype. The $&@ch didn't know what to do. How bout draw the dang blood amount needed, label it genotype test and send it to lab corp!!!! 😡. I have been so upset today that I haven't been able to call and complain. I'm telling them either I get compensation for my time, gas and making me an emotional wreck. I love being called a liar my one of the best hospitals... Ugggg soo mad and emotional right now. I'm so hurt.
