Gave my fiancé the best birthday present today!

Today is my fiancés birthday, so we decided I should take my pregnancy test today and try to find out if I'm pregnant or not... And I got my BFP today! I'm 3 weeks and 4 days pregnant!!! We are sooo excited and he's thrilled we found out on his birthday ❤️
