Does a couple's sex life get boring in a long term relationship (5+ years)?

I don't know which one to pick. I wouldn't say it gets boring, and I wouldn't say it becomes less important. It comes to the point where sometimes you have both have a really long/hard day and all you want to do is talk and cuddle. Yes, sex is nice. And I enjoy making love with my husband every chance we get. Sometimes, it just doesn't happen and we would rather spend our time together in another way. If that makes sense? Especially being pregnant, I'm a hormonal mess and don't really have a sex drive right now. I feel so bad for my poor husband. But he is SO supportive and does not pressure me, even though I know he wants it and is horny all the time haha. Sometimes there are things that come first, before sex. You don't always have to sex to be intimate with one another.

I think ours has improved for the most part...sometimes it's predictable but nothing wrong with that.

I put yes only because I feel like it's the same old routine. But we are 11 yrs in, four yrs married. We have sex at least five nights a wk and I am always satisfied but there's no variety. Which is a conversation I actually just initiated this week. I think as women we too need to take control in the bedroom. As I don't want to lose the fire! We are only 32. So I'm looking to spice things up. I always heard that women were more sexual starting in their 30's. For me it's definitely true!
