You aren't supposed to really style synthetic hair... It's either to be how it is or just get real hair.

Style it in curlers (old fashioned) and then dunk in very very hot water (not while you're wearing!) and then let dry fully and then remove the curlers.

Synthetic hair will burn with a curling iron not only that but it will smell horrible. If you want to curl hair extension( assuming  that's what you are curling) you need human hair. I've been using hair extensions for years.

I've heard you can wrap it in a towel and then curl with a curling iron.

You can on really low heat but it would be safer to just use rollers
