Urine pregnancy test at the doctors

Has anyone ever had a urine test at the doctor and came back negative when you kept getting the light positive? Well I MC last 06/28 it was confirmed by my OB my levels had.dropped to 0 and ive taken three EPT its faint positive and I haven't had any sign of AF
