Dropped at 31 weeks

My first baby. Had anyone else dropped at 31 weeks 4 days? I'm a little concerned she's gunna end up early. I have tremendous pressure on my pelvis, have been mucusing- though nothing bloody or remotely pink, lower back pain, and what feels like scrapping on my cervix. I go see the doctor today at 3. But still concerned! I know baby is in the middle now as I can feel her movements in my pubic area and little feet just under my lungs. There's also a huge gap between my breasts and my bump now. And you can see her outline in the middle. I've been having tons of dreams she's coming early too.
