Hey gals! I have been praying since las week that I will be dilated to get my membrane sweep. I know it doesn't make labor happen, but we are hopeful to move things along so my husband doesn't have to miss work as much. He will be off the next 3 days. We talked to her last week and she said that she will do it, but it can be difficult and uncomfortable without dilation. I chose to wait until this week hoping for something to happen. I'm 38 weeks and he's measuring 2 weeks ahead on length and I don't want to be pressured for a cesarean if I can help it. I have lost weight my whole pregnancy and worry they are going to try to get me to do it.
