Can someone help me find words if comfert to tell my friend that can't conceive? I feel bad that her and her husband are going threw this they have been trying for a while.

Don't try to give her advice or tell her anything in particular. Just be there for her, support her in ways that she needs, or give her space if thats what she needs.

If she's a close friend (which I'm assuming she is since she's telling you about her IVF troubles) ask her directly how you can be most supportive

Just let her know that you are there for support. Sometimes just listening is the best help ever. Take her on coffee dates or out for a pedicure. Make her smile. I am sorry for your friend. 😞
