Ladies with long cycles/Pcos

Anyone have extremely long cycles or pcos? I know there are quite a few in here. :/

I'm on cycle day 81 and I've had irregular periods for about 5 years. I've never been diagnosed with Pcos, but my doctor said it's definitely probably an option to assume I do. Just with the physical symptoms and the cycle irregularities. Anyone know what would help with this ttc journey? I'm already taking vitex, and prenatal vitamins.
