Monistat 1 during first trimester

Has anyone used Monistat 1 during the first trimester and had a healthy pregnancy or a dr recommend it? My doctor told me to use Monistat but o must not have heard her say Monistat 7. I used 1, which apparently I wasn't supposed to and now they have freaked me out that I did something terrible and told me it was a class c medication. Panicked!!!
