Ovulation -> Cramping
This is my first so I am kind of lost here. I know that I ovulated around a week ago bc I experienced Mittelschmerz (ovulation cramps). Around a week later (today) I am having the same slight cramping on one side of my lower abdomen. Is this "implantation cramping" or nothing at all?
Please let me know if you noticed these things about your body while TTC and they are similar to my experience??! Thanks!
