I had my Mirena taken out on July 2 and just finished my first period last Thursday. This Thursday, my husband and I are going on a "baby vacay" for our first attempt to conceive. Now, I know that it doesn't always happen the first try but my husband wants a "fun" conception story so our first try will be at the lodge where we got married a year ago. Thursday is my peak fertility day so does anyone have any tips as to help us achieve conception? We plan to purchase some PreSeed today to take with us. Thanks ladies💜
