I m on a very tight budget. Im moving to my new home, I need window coverings. I would live either Roman shades or curtains with liners. ( I guess those are the cheapest options). Would DIY turn out to be cheaper? I have never sew so is it too much risk project for first timer? Are there other hobbyists that I can find, who can do my work cheaper than the big name stores. Any leads would be appreciated.
