TTC after Nuva Ring

Is it an absolute MUST to wait for your first period after stopping BC (Nuva Ring in my case) before TTC? Will it cause problems if you don't such as miscarriages, irregular bleeding, and ectopic pregnancies? I've heard many different stories and read quite a bit of literature but of course there is no difinitive answer and I'm thinking it just all depends on each woman's individual body. Anyone have any experiences or advice to share on this topic? I just stopped NR earlier this month and we want to start TTC. Should I be waiting or no?
