Bump on nipple.

I got a little bump right on my nipple. I have noticed it for maybe a little more than a month already but now that I'm 37+3 when my nipple is aroused it gets sensitive/painful😁. Idk what it is should I be worried or is this normal? Sorry for the graphic pic
