Pregnant But No Symptoms?

Question

I am currently 6 weeks (Due 3/23) but I'm worried because I don't have any symptoms whatsoever. Well I did, but then they just went away! I don't see my doctor for another couple of weeks. At this point, I actually wish I had morning sickness or just some indication. Has anyone ever just had no symptoms at this stage? Or symptoms that came and then left?

Same here! I'm 8 weeks but measured 9 at my first ultrasound today. I cried when I saw the heartbeat because, I've only been nauseous once (I think at implantation - I hadn't even gotten a BFP) and only have fatigue and occasionally sensitive breasts. Let's just consider ourselves blessed - don't look for what isn't there, be thankful for what is!! A little baby!

Girl, u are not alone I kept taking a pregnancy test just to get the re-assurance that I'm still preg bc I feel absolutely nothing.. Sore breast here and there and today I was hit with a migraine but before this nothing.. No sickness, no dizziness, no constipation (as I hear) so consider us the lucky ones and enjoy this time while it lasts.. Lol

All pregnancies are different. As long as your hcg is rising, and the heartbeat is good, you are OK.

Honestly, I would love to be in your shoes right now. I am constantly nauseous, hungry, sore breasts, little or no sleep and constipated like crazy. I am now 8 weeks and this is my third baby. I would love to not have any of the symptoms for I work 10 hour days and I'm miserable all day long. 😟
