Please help!!!!

So I got my period last month but it only lasted 4 days.... then I take a test this afternoon. ...I got a lil urine on the window there was no line at first but the second window turned blue n then later I look at the test again n it has 2 lines does it mean I'm pregnant or am I just acting crazy
