Ok so the other day I was thinking about alternatives besides natural conception, ie) adoption and fostering. On adoption: why in the hell does it cost so much to adopt, there are do many orphaned children that need a good home! I understand the waiting process, making sure kids go to a good home and not some wackjob but still.....On fostering, I honestly dont know much about it. cost wise...
