Confused!!

Jayzlynn • I`m 24 years old and a mother to a little boy that was born September 15th 2016 name Elijah married now
So I took a test this morning negative result but now as of 11:33pm i went to the bathroom and when I wiped light pink blood and some mild cramping on my right side!!!
