Pregnant or def not?

Hey girls!

My fiancé and i have been trying for 3 months now and i am REALLY confused because i am 9dpo and i feel some symptoms.

Yesturday (8dpo) i went to the dr office right after work and explaned i have been having lower stomack pain!

They just did a urine test HCG and told me every thing is normal.

Not pregnant, no infections no nothing and thats all they told me.

"You can go home now". I was so angry and sad. Still had bad stomack pain. I just left. Like what is that???

I go to the dr in really bad pain and left just knowing im not preg and that my urine test came out "normal".

God.

So can there be a possibility that i am pregnant but its not yet showing in the home n hospital urine tests?
