HELP PLEASE

So it's been itchy down there and it was swollen so I thought it was an infection but me and my boyfriend have been having a lot of unproducted sex this month and I give him a blow job at the end to finish or he pulls out or in my butt ( I know but I don't mind it and we have been so please no comments on this ) my boobs have been sore and tender for a few days and I've been feeling really tired and having a hard time sleeping the past week, and I've been feeling sick for about 3-4 days now.
