50 pounds 3-4 months?

Is it possible? Im tired of being fat.and need support and help. Any advice please. Its time to make a change i guess it onky took me to realize it now that my wedding ribg doesnt fit😪 please help

Firstly, you have to stop beating yourself up. Stop the negativity. Negativity will not help anything, trust me. If anything negativity will motivate you for at least a week or two, then when you don't see the immediate results you quit. Don't do it.

Secondly, change your diet. Diet is a good percentage of losing weight. No junk, period.  Have a craving? Make it yourself, it's much healthier that way. Also add in organic teas such as black tea or oolong tea to help boost the metabolism and green tea to help burn more calories throughout the day. All three teas promote weight loss. At least aim to have a cup of black or oolong tea a day along with a cup of green tea before a workout. If you don't like any of those things plain ole black coffee works just as well(one cup before at workout, you'll thank me later! Lol)

Finally, exercise, you can google "Great fat burning workouts" and you'll be set. Make sure you switch up routines to throw the body off, as it'll get accustom to that same routine.

50 pounds in 3-4 months is not very realistic, but you can probably lose it in 6-8 months with enough determination. You don't want to lose it too fast anyway because then you risk loose skin among other potential problems.

My suggestions would be to take small steps, but still allow yourself the things you enjoy eating that may not be so healthy in moderation. Typically when a person gives up on a lifestyle change it's because they tried to implement so many changes at once and didn't allow themselves to try and be healthier while still enjoying life.

You can look to Pinterest for healthier versions of your favorite recipes, and try adding fruit to water to increase water intake if you have a hard time drinking enough. For exercise, at home workouts from pinterest are also great, as well as a gym if you can afford it. :) Planet Fitness is a great place to start for those worried about judgement and who feel clueless about where to start.

Start a walking routine, then try easing into jogging and running! Very good for you 😊 if you have knee issues, try cycling (my favourite) and swimming! The best way to keep an exercise routine is by doing something you like!
