Does implantation hurt?

I could possibly be pregnant, but my lower stomach is hurting. It feels like there is a brick sitting inside me. I don't think it's bowel problems, although I've been having some troubles going lately. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Some women get minor cramping and spotting with implantation but nothing like what you're experiencing get as far as I know. It just sounds like you're constipated
