OMG is anyone else feeling like they are shedding all the time!

It seems like I'm shedding everywhere I go. I fix my hair there is some strands, I shower wash my hair there is more strands. I know your suppose to everyday but it just seems a little more then usual. I have a wad full of hair super thick,long,and full. I'm not going bald anywhere it's just annoying there is hair everywhere. I experienced this after I gave birth to my first 3 but not during pregnancy
