CM - How to check?

Hey ladies, I just want to confirm.. newbie question! To check Your CM, you don't look at what is on your underwear, right? Do you have to check from all the way back to your cervix, or just anywhere inside the vagina?

I just do it in the shower each morning. Hands and everything are clean and slippery, might as well.

I've actually found it to be a very neat and empowering experience. So much to learn about this body I've been living in all these years!

Do you both check your BBT? I think I'm going to start.

You can check it just by wiping, or you can insert 1 clean finger and check it that way.
