Scared outta my mind.

Hi all... My names Kelsey, I'm 23 years old and just found out that I'm 4wk and 4d. This is unplanned and my first. Boyfriend is super supportive and excited, but neither of us thought we could conceive so I'm VERY nervous about what might happen :/ anyone else have nerves this bad? It doesn't even seem real yet :'(
