Ramzi Method?

So, I read up on the ramzi method, but the ultrasounds that I've found don't distinguish between vaginal or abdominal scans. Im assuming that they would be vaginal bc the scans are of early gestation. My ultrasound is vaginal. Im saying boy, what do you guys think?
