Has anyone over 37 concived naturally

My husband an I are trying for his second and my third. We are both 37, had a miscarriage this past February and nothing since. I get positive OPKS and my period is right at every 28 days, we BD at least 2x after each positive opk. Do any of you ladies have advice or positive stories.
