Pain, Nausea, Paps, Biopsies and No answers!!!

Went to urgent care a month ago because I'd been experiencing pain in my lower abdomen that extended after my normal period time. Also experiencing mild nausea. They immediately sent me to the ER assuming appendix. After a CT scan identified a ruptured ovarian cyst about 4 cm, I left the hospital a day later. Went to a follow up appointment and did a Pap smear. Resulting in abnormal tissue, today I had a colposcopy in which I won't know anything for two more weeks. The ER visit and beginning of all this was approximately one month ago. The pain and nausea have gotten much worse. This pain is on both sides of my lower abdomen and when I'm doubled over in pain, it's right in the middle, near the uterus. The nausea is crippling and I can barely function. Anyone else have or had this? What are your ideas on what it could be?
