I'm 31 and still feel like I'm faking this whole adult thing haha I have NO idea what I'm doing

I really wouldn't have rushed it if I had known

I never really had a childhood, since I was forced to take care of my mentally ill mother from the age of 7 by her parents. I've had to grow up fast in my life, now that I'm 18 I just want to throw a fit and demand a do over because I didn't get to be a kid. And I feel like as a result of that, I'm majorly screwing up this whole adult thing, (not on purpose, though my bitch of a step-mother would tell you otherwise.) Which, in answer to your question leads me to believe I'm in no way ready or handling adulthood well in any way.

Nope lol like most young adults I took the first chance I could to get out my mom's house. I don't regret leaving, but I definitely wasn't prepared for bills 😅
