21 in a two days..

I'm turning 21 in two days.. I went to the drs last night because I had left a tampon inside me the past couple days. They told me I had a little vaginal bacteria. Put me on antibiotics. In can't drink while on these. Idk what to do! I already made plans and I don't wanna back out! It's my bday! Should I just clean my self down there really good everyday and start my meds after the weekend?
