Help!!
Okay so I am pregnant with my second baby and have been sick every day the last week. All day everyday!! Here's my thing.. I am only 4 weeks so I don't want to spill the beans. I work at a nursing home and any smell makes me vomit!! Last week I told people at work I think I had a cold.. What do I tell them from now on so they don't catch on!?!?!?
