TWW after first IUI

I just had my 1st <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> last Friday and I had a trigger shot. I heard that Pregnancy tests could show a false positive if you had the trigger shot. My question is, do I really have to wait the 2 weeks for the bloodwork or can I take a test at home sooner? And how soon can I start taking tests?
