I had my first positive test in 15 months of trying two days ago. My breasts were sore and I had cramping so I tested and there it was!

Then yesterday I woke up feeling fine. No cramps, breasts felt normal. My husband doesn't understand why I'm devastated when I haven't had any bleeding.

Has anyone ever been here? The first question the doctor asked when diagnosing my last miscarriage was whether I still "felt" pregnant. I didn't, and it stopped so abruptly last time that I knew the baby was gone before the Dr told us. I'm afraid it's the same now.
