TTC for two years and nothing

My boyfriend and I have been trying to have a baby for two years now. He has two kids from a previous relationship, so at times I think it might be me that's the problem of not conceiving yet. I gotten pregnant once before about 6 years ago but I miscarried. I can't help to think what's wrong with me! My sister has four kids and I'm just like when's my turn.
