Working in a prison

My younger sister has been working as a prison guard for the last few months at one of the most violent prisons in the US. She has told me horror stories about the things the prisoners do in front of her and call her, and the stories they tell recounting their crimes. This has led me to worry about her long term mental health and overall safety as a young, beautiful female. What are your thoughts?
