Full anatomy check-up

Hi,

I had my full anatomy sonogram last week. Everything they saw looked good but they didn't get a view of the spine because of baby's positioning. They called me in for another ultrasound today to get a photo of the spine, but once again, babygirl was laying comfortably on her back and wouldn't change position. Should I be concerned?
