Someone please help me! I have 2 kids to take care of and feel horribly sick for about half the day. I feel like I could throw up at any second. I'm trying to eat as much as I can but its hard when you feel like this. I had horrible sickness with my second. I had to take zofran for 4 months. I know its not approved for pregnancy anymore so I just don't know what to do from here
