Hey mommies! So I'm getting ready to Give birth to my first born in just a few short days. I have been looking into getting a waist trainer and found the cheaper ones on Amazon. Iv been wondering if any other moms have used these and if they worked for them? Any specific recommended brands or anything else that helped put the stomach/muscles back in place faster?
