First words out of Dr's mouth were "OMG"

I had my first ultrasound today at 8 and a half weeks. My husband joined as this is our first pregnancy and I had some spotting last week so we were concerned. My doctor performed a Transvaginal ultrasound and as soon as she put it in she exclaimed "O.M.G." She then explained "See this first sac, and now see the second." TWINS!
Unbelievable! No twins in either of our families. Both are right on track as far as growth. We even saw one of them wiggle their hands. Still in shock.
