I chose no, I have almost been raped. It's was an extremely scary and traumatizing experience. God saved me, at the last possible second. And fortunately it did not happen. Although it still affected me. I think about it all the time and I can still see every detail in my head like a movie. I have quite a few family members and friends that have been raped and sexually abused. I have seen how it affects them, even to this day (most it happened when they were younger). It truly hurts my heart. It hurts me to see them suffer the way they do 😣

I was abused and raped by my brother(he was 15-17) from ages 4-6.... It only got hard for me the past few years. Having sex sometimes is hard because I feel like I'm being forced so I get uncomfortable (thankfully my SO is very patient and understanding) Its something I still work on day by day... There are just obstacles along the way. I'm writing this in case someone else on here has gone through or is going through a similar situation. The most important thing is to know its not your fault and to surround yourself with positive and supportive people.

I was molested at 10 by my grandma's husband. and at he age of 15, I was raped by a guy I met after I told him I didn't wanna have sex. I've been through ALOT  of therapy to help me heal.

I was in a sorority in college. For one of our service projects, we held a domestic violence and healthy relationships seminar. It is so true that it is one in three. After doing an excercise with about 250 women, at least 1/3 said yes when anonymously asked. It's crazy.

I've never been raped or sexually assaulted but my best friend was and it was traumatizing to her and she told me way to much about it which freaked me out anyways sometimes with my s/o I can't do it I feel like it's too much and I have to do I just take a step back and he's patient and I'm thankful for that

I put yes...but I get a little confused with what happened. I was nine years old when I was felt down there by an older boy who tricked me into it, I didn't understand it and because he was my cousin I didn't want to offend him, I wanted to scream for my parents and I don't know why but I never did. However we were both kids (I think he was about 12), and technically speaking I never said no because he never asked, what would you guys consider that? I looked it up and it basically defined it as child sexual abuse but I don't know

I was sexually assaulted when i was three by my bio mothers father. An being rushed to the hospital, they found out i had nephrotic syndrome.  Also i was 8years old an my what we would call (my adoptive cousin) would also try to play family/doctor an other things to look at my private area's  ect.  Its very easy to fall into the hands of a sex offender, even if its a play mate. We should always speak up an tell what has happend to us. It happens not only to girls but also very common to happen to boys as well. Ive moved past my experience,  which there is way more/times besides ive written on here.
