Things that have been lifesavers for a newborn
So I have an 12 day old and I was an over shopper. Thought that I would tell soon to be Mommas what have been my lifesavers and what I truly didn't need...
1. Ring sling or any kind of infant carrier especially helps with gas
2. I'm cloth diapering but pampers newborns are amazing to start with. Honest company doesn't fit well around the belly button and are really stiff and boxy. The pampers have the color changing line to tell you if they are wet.
3. Burp clothes!! My babe is a spitter and I under estimated how many I would need
4. Newborn clothes was a complete waste of money. She never leaves the house so most were unused
5. A&A bamboo blankets are breathable andight weight amazing for the summer. My girl pretty much stays naked with just one of these covering her and they are great nursing covers
6. Lanolin is a must have if you are nursing!
7. Reusable nursing pads have been great
8. A nursing night gown was great in the hospital and I have worn it a lot at home too
Hope this helps!
