Unique Name Spellings

So, my oldest, who's 3, has been obsessed with the name Emily and I'm not sure why. He was saying it a lot before we found out we were pregnant. My mother's name is Emily, so of course she likes that he likes that name (no one knows we're pregnant yet). Since we found out it, the name has stuck with me but I don't want the traditional spelling. I want to add my middle and my fiancé's mothers middle name as well. I'm thinking of spelling "Emily", Emma-Leigh. What do you all think? If we do have a girl her name would be Emma-Leigh Layne.
