Pregnancy & Stressful Jobs

Anyone else out there have a stressful job and worry at all about it affecting your newly discovered baby? This is my first pregnancy and I'm a waitress at the moment and I'm worried about the stress of my job at times and how it could affect my little peanut... Any experienced ladies out there have any advice? (besides getting a new job-because believe me, I've been trying!)
