Anyone having iron issues??

My levels are 3.96 they should be 4.20 i know this isn't a huge issue but still, i worry lol ❤ thanks for your time

Floradix tastes horrible but works quickly. I notice a difference on it. Also, nettle infusions are excellent to raise iron levels.

Yea my levels are a bit on the low side too so my doctor recommended iron tablets and to drink coconut water (I live in the Caribbean so it's really easy to get it here).

Yep was told to take iron supplement. Started taking them today. I have a history of anemia, though.

I take take Pur-Absorb...its naturally occurring iron from spring water and it comes in one serving packets. It gives 5mg in each packet. I love it because it doesn't constipate and its natural. (I'm not a fan of prescription iron pills lol) you can purchase it on Amazon and it's pretty cheap...good luck :)
