Very Concerned!! Ladies please help!

I've been noticing a change in my discharge. In the last couple days it's been a clear, water-like amd odorless. And today I'm having some spotting or a light period (i can't tell which). By my records I'm not supposed to get my period for another week. I have had unprotected sex in the last 2 weeks too. I've taken Plan B once. But even then todays is a little over 10 days early and it's on and off every couple hours. I know Plan B can cause bleeding but this isn't my usual bleeding

I wanted to see if this was normal or if this was like a early sign of pregnancy
