Hi! So for my friends bday we are going to get massages! But I just found out I'm pregnant (5weeks) and annoy telling anyone. The spa needs a not from my doctor to allow me to do the prenatal massage. My doctor just wrote back she can't write a note saying it's safe to have a pregnancy massage but it's probably ok it's my call!! The spa said that is fine but now I'm concerned because I didn't get a very good response from my doctor that makes me feel comfortable to have this massage! Has anyone out there had a prenatal massage in the first trimester and items fine or had any issues. I'm not sure what to do...I could always get another service it's not a big deal just would love to have a massage but not if its not safe!
