Anyone know about the maternity milk/drinks?

I saw this video that made me cry over and over again. It had a cartoon baby talking to it's mom. In it, the mom kept drinking a maternity shake. Anyone know about this? Is it a gimmick? Is there merit to it?

I think it's a real product, but the idea of drinking that at the moment totally grosses me out. This baby is not interested...LOL

Omg I just looked at the video on YouTube and I'm crying smh I'm so tired of crying so emotional lol it was so cute that stuff looks good might be worth a try😊
